Terms and conditions of the bicycle hire facility
- These rules cover the terms of use, conditions, rights and responsibilities of persons using the Tourist bicycle rental ON HOLIDAY Apartments.
- Touring bicycle hire is available during reception hours at ON HOLIDAY Apartments.
- Hiring a bicycle and signing the Touring Bike Hire Register confirms that the hirer has read and accepted these rules.
- Bicycles for hire are the property of ON HOLIDAY Apartments.
- Bicycles for hire are equipped with a security cable with combination lock, front and rear position lights, bell, mudguards (for some models) and are specially marked.
- Hired bicycles are in working order and should be returned to the rental company in the same condition.
- The bicycle rental fee shall be collected from mountainsfor the declared duration of its use. If the bicycle is returned after the paid period, a surcharge will be levied according to the valid price list of the rental company.
- The bicycle hirer undertakes to:
- present an identity document with a photograph (identity card, passport or driving licence), from which the rental employee will take down the data for the rental register,
- leave a pledge for the rented equipment in the form of an identity document or a refundable deposit of PLN 150-200 at the rental office,
- provide a legible signature in the bicycle rental register,
- be an adult and sober, a minor may only hire a bicycle with the consent of an adult authorised to take care of the minor, who takes full responsibility for the rented bicycle and the person using it,
- make payment for the rental of the bicycle according to the valid price list. Time is rounded to the nearest 0.5 h in favour of the hirer, and payments are accepted in cash,
- use the bicycle and its equipment as intended,
- return the bicycle to the place of hire, i.e. ON HOLIDAY Apartments, together with its equipment, technically sound and in undamaged condition, within the stated return time,
- use the bicycles only for non-commercial purposes and only for the Lessee's personal use,
- observe the ban on lending the bicycle to third parties,
- do not use bicycles for mountain tours, jumps, stunts, races, etc.

- immediately report any problems with the use of the bike to a member of the rental staff and return the bike to the rental company if any defect of the bike is found during the bike ride,
- refrain from making any repairs, modifications or replacement of parts on the rented bicycle yourself,
- pay for the costs of repairing the damaged bicycle or its equipment, caused by the Lessee,
- pay for the purchase of a new bicycle in the event of total destruction of the rented bicycle.
- In case of loss of the rented bicycle or its equipment or accessories due to theft or loss, the Lessee is obliged to reimburse the equivalent of the value of the equipment, its equipment or accessories according to the valid price list.
- The Rental employee will not be held liable for any accidents or damages, either to the Lessee or to third parties, occurring during the use of the bicycle by the Lessee, provided that such accidents or damages are not the result of defects in the rented bicycle.
- A hirer who damages or loses a bicycle is legally and materially liable.
