Sunrise Festival 2027 in Kołobrzeg, Poland: dates, getting there and where to stay

Sunrise Festival in Kołobrzeg will take place from 30 July to 1 August 2027, as every year in Podczele, on the site of the former airfield. Ticket sales started on 1 October 2026. Our apartments in Podczele are about a 10-minute walk from the festival grounds, so besides the dates and transport we also explain the rules for staying with us on those days.

Sunrise Festival Kołobrzeg 2027: dates and location

Sunrise Festival 2027 will last three days, from Friday 30 July to Sunday 1 August. The festival takes place in Podczele, in the eastern part of Kołobrzeg, on the former Bagicz airfield. It has been held there since 2019; before that it was staged at the Kołobrzeg amphitheatre.

The organiser is MDT Production. Only adults are admitted, with an ID card or passport (a rule from the 2026 regulations; the regulations for 2027 have not been published yet).

Tickets for Sunrise Festival 2027

Tickets for 2027 have been on sale since 1 October 2026 in the organiser's ticket shop (bilety.mdtproduction.pl). You can buy three-day passes, two-day passes (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) and VIP packages.

Prices depend on the sales phase and the ticket type, so check the current price in the ticket shop. You can add a campsite pitch to your pass.

Line-up: who will play

The organiser has not announced the artists for 2027 yet (as of 3 October 2026). We will update this article after the first announcements.

For reference: in 2026, 124 artists played on six stages. The main stage featured, among others, Axwell b2b Sebastian Ingrosso, Hardwell, Afrojack, Scooter and James Hype.

What the festival weekend looks like

The 2026 schedule shows well what to expect:

You can enter the festival grounds once a day: there is no re-entry after leaving. Alcohol, drinks in glass containers, pyrotechnics, drones and selfie sticks are not allowed.

Where to stay near Sunrise Festival

The closest place to stay is Podczele. We have 14 apartments there in three neighbouring complexes: the Feniks estate (Poleska Street), Green Port (Lwowska 11) and Koło Brzegu (Lwowska 12A). The walk to the festival ticket offices takes 7-11 minutes.

Compared with the campsite, you get your own bathroom, a kitchen with a fridge and a bed, and at the Feniks estate and Green Port also an indoor pool and sauna included in the price of your stay. Before you book, read these four rules:

• Age: we do not rent apartments to guests under 21.
• Number of guests: only as many people as stated in the booking may stay in the apartment, usually up to 4.
• Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 8:00, and parties are not allowed in the apartments. If the authorities have to intervene or neighbours complain, the rental terms provide for a penalty of PLN 1,500 and removal from the apartment.
• The refundable deposit is higher than usual on festival dates.

Music from the festival can be heard in Podczele until the morning. If you are coming for Sunrise, that is no problem. If you are looking for a quiet holiday at that time, choose a different date or an apartment in another part of the city. You can find all locations on the page apartments in Kołobrzeg.

For Thursday's Before Sunrise, our apartments at Kościuszki 16 are the closest: the walk to the amphitheatre takes 9 minutes.

Getting to Sunrise Festival and back at night

The easiest way to get to the festival is by bus from the railway station (Kołobrzeg PKP). In 2026, besides the regular line 5, extra buses marked "Sunrise" ran from about 15:00 every 20-25 minutes, and night return services ran from midnight to about 5:00. You paid for the ride by card on the bus.

Coming by car was harder. On festival days, access to Podczele from road 165 via Kresowa Street was limited to residents, emergency services and people driving to local businesses. The festival car park on the airfield cost PLN 50 and was entered from the Bagicz side.

What else to do in Kołobrzeg during the festival

During the day, before the gates open, you have time for the beach. From Podczele it is about 1 km to the nearest beach access, and the beach here is wide and sandy. You can reach the centre by bike along the path through Ekopark Wschodni, about 8 km to the pier.
