Apartments with a sauna Kołobrzeg
We rent our apartments with sauna access in Kołobrzeg at four locations: at the Feniks estate on Poleska Street, in Green Port on Lwowska Street, at the Polanka estate on Muszelkowa Street, and in the building on Kościuszki Street in the Spa District. In each of them, the sauna is part of a shared Fitness & SPA or Wellness zone within the estate, used by all residents and guests of that location – it's not a private sauna assigned solely to one apartment.
Finnish sauna or infrared-lamp sauna – which type you'll find in our complexes
On Poleska, our apartment provides access to a classic Finnish sauna, meaning a dry sauna with high temperature and low humidity. In Green Port on Lwowska, there's an infrared-lamp sauna, which heats the body directly through radiation at a lower air temperature, so it tends to be better tolerated by people who find the classic heat of a Finnish sauna too intense. At Polanka on Muszelkowa and in the building on Kościuszki, the sauna is part of the wellness zone, though the description of these two locations doesn't specify its exact type – if this matters to you, ask us directly before booking.
The difference between these types isn't just about temperature – it's a different way of heating the body, so it's worth choosing a complex based on which type actually suits you, not just on the mere presence of a sauna in the description.
Finnish sauna at the Feniks estate, Poleska Street
The dry sauna accessible through our apartment on Poleska operates in the same zone as the indoor pool and jacuzzi, together forming the AquaSpa & Gym zone. The high temperature and intense sweating help relax muscles after a day at the beach, and regular visits support circulation – a good option to end the day with, regardless of the season, since this part of the zone operates all year round.
Infrared-lamp sauna in Green Port, Lwowska Street
In Green Port, where we rent apartments, the infrared-lamp sauna is located next to the counter-current pool and the hydromassage jacuzzi, and there's a restaurant opposite the wellness zone. Infrared radiators heat the body directly, without heating the entire room to a high temperature, so a session tends to be shorter and milder than in a Finnish sauna, while still helping to ease muscle pain and improve circulation.
This is a solution we recommend to guests who want to enjoy the benefits of a sauna but don't necessarily tolerate very high temperatures well.
Sauna at the Polanka estate and in the Spa District
At the Polanka estate on Muszelkowa, the sauna operates next to an indoor pool with a heated paddling pool and a jacuzzi – a setup that works best for family stays, where parents use the sauna while the children are busy in the paddling pool or asleep. In the building on Kościuszki, in the Spa District, our apartment provides access to the sauna together with a pool, jacuzzi and hydromassage bathtub, in a building additionally adapted to the needs of seniors and people with disabilities.

Shared zone or private sauna – what to expect
Our apartments provide access to a sauna that always operates as part of a shared Fitness & SPA or Wellness zone within the given estate, available to all residents and guests of that location, rather than as a private room assigned to one apartment.
In return, you get access to the whole package – sauna, jacuzzi, pool and gym in one place, usually with no extra charge, but subject to the rules of use set out in our Fitness & SPA regulations. If having a private sauna just for yourself is a must for you, it's worth knowing this in advance, so your expectations match what you'll find on site.
Who an apartment with a sauna in Kołobrzeg is a good choice for
- Guests who value the sauna ritual after a day at the beach or sightseeing, but don't need a private room just for themselves.
- People sensitive to high temperatures – for them, the infrared-lamp sauna in Green Port will be a better choice than the classic Finnish sauna on Poleska.
- Families with children who use the pool during the day and save the sauna for a quieter evening.
- Guests arriving outside the summer season – the wellness zones with saunas are available at our apartments all year round.
What to pay attention to when choosing an offer with a sauna
Check the name of the zone in the offer description – AquaSpa & Gym, Wellness & Restaurant or Wellness SPA – as it tells you which set of amenities you'll actually get to use. It's also worth confirming the zone's opening hours and whether sauna access is included in the price of the stay, before assuming this is standard across all our apartments.
