We rent our apartments with gym access in Kołobrzeg at three of the four locations: at the Feniks estate on Poleska Street, in Green Port on Lwowska Street, and at the Polanka estate on Muszelkowa Street. In the building on Kościuszki Street, in the Spa District, a gym is not part of the standard zone description – there our apartment instead provides access to a pool, jacuzzi, hydromassage bathtub and sauna.
Gym at the Feniks estate, Poleska Street
On Poleska, the gym is such an important part of this estate's offer that it's directly included in the zone's name – AquaSpa & Gym. Our apartment provides access to this zone, where alongside the gym there's a year-round indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna, with an outdoor pool added in summer. This is a setup where you can combine a workout with bathing and relaxation in one place, without leaving the estate.
Mini gym in Green Port, Lwowska Street
In Green Port, the gym is smaller in scale than on Poleska – our guests describe it as a "mini gym," available together with the counter-current pool, hydromassage jacuzzi and infrared-lamp sauna. If you're after an extensive equipment setup rather than just the option of a quick workout, this location might not be your first choice – on the plus side, there's a restaurant opposite the wellness zone, so you can eat right there straight after training.
Gym and fitness room at the Polanka estate, Muszelkowa Street
At the Polanka estate, on Muszelkowa in the Western District, our apartment provides access to both a gym and a separate fitness room, as well as an indoor pool, a hydromassage jacuzzi and a sauna. In the summer season, an open-air pool with loungers and a children's paddling pool is added. This estate also has facilities for people with disabilities – ramps and elevators – so it works well for a longer, comfortable stay.

What about the gym in the building on Kościuszki?
If a gym is a priority for you, the building on Kościuszki in the Spa District probably won't be your best choice – the description of this location doesn't include a gym, only a pool, jacuzzi, hydromassage bathtub and sauna. This location is better suited to relaxation and accessibility for seniors and people with disabilities than to training. If you're still set on this particular location, ask us directly when booking whether there's an alternative nearby.
Who an apartment with a gym in Kołobrzeg is a good choice for
- Guests who don't want to interrupt their training routine even on vacation – especially on Poleska, where the gym is part of the extensive AquaSpa & Gym zone.
- Families where one parent trains while the children use the pool or playroom in the same complex.
- Guests arriving outside the summer season – zones with a gym are available at our apartments all year round, regardless of the weather outside.
- People for whom the pool, jacuzzi and sauna matter most, with the gym as an extra – the building on Kościuszki can also be a good choice for them, despite not having a gym as standard.
What to pay attention to when choosing an offer with a gym
The mere presence of the word "gym" in the offer description doesn't tell you anything about its size – in Green Port it's a compact mini gym, while in Polanka there's a separate fitness room next to the gym. If specific equipment matters to you, ask us for details before booking, rather than assuming that the same range of equipment is available at every one of our apartments.
