West Beach is one of the the cleanest beaches in the country - It was awarded the Blue Flag in 2022. Access to the beach is via 5 descents, the closest of which is 2.5 kilometres from the town centre. Walk through the beautiful Unity Park and after less than 700 metres you will reach the beach from our Aqua Shell flat. If you plan to relax on the beach with your four-legged friend, you need to walk not much more - less than 900 metres. For those who appreciate the proximity of the centre and port of Kolobrzeg and need to rest in a soothing, peaceful place, the ideal rental choice will be Baltic Premium Apartment.
The tranquillity and charm of Kolobrzeg's West Beach
The West beach is 200 metres long. The descent to the sea is gentle and the ground is sandy. Toilets, showers and changing facilities are available on site and there are litter bins at the descents. Importantly is accessible to persons with reduced mobility - There are landings to enable them to move around in a wheelchair.
There is an observation deck on the beachfrom where you can watch enchanting sunsets. It is permitted to walk dogs on the stretch from the last exit to the beach at the level of Beach Street to the border of Grzybowo.
It is a quieter and less crowded beach than the East Beach. The only disadvantage of West Beach is its close proximity to military areas.
