- Closest to the beach and the sanatoriums: Kościuszki 16 in the Spa District, about 400 m from the shore.
- Peace and quiet and a wide beach: Podczele, the eastern part of town (Feniks estate, Green Port, Koło Brzegu). The pier is about 7 km away.
- Close to the port and the centre: Kapitański Mostek on ul. Bałtycka, 200 m from the port and about 1.5 km from the pier.
- Year-round pool included: Feniks estate, Green Port and Polanki Park.

Świetny apartament. Z wyjątkiem kuchni. Nie ma tostera, piekarnika, ściereczek kuchennych ani gąbek. Ale jakoś się da. Basen też jest świetny. Mały minus: widać go z zewnątrz. To samo dotyczy siłowni. Niestety jacuzzi były zamknięte i nie było gdzie usiąść ani powiesić ręczników. Wydłużone godziny otwarcia, od 9:00 do 21:00, są bardzo dobre. Basen z piłeczkami i kryty plac zabaw również są bardzo fajne. Nasze dzieci były zachwycone. Ogólnie apartament jest bardzo ładny i bardzo czysty.

Pobyt w apartamencie był naprawdę świetny! Miejsce jest bardzo przyjazne dla psów, tuż obok znajduje się park dla psów, więc nasz pupil miał gdzie się wybiegać. Sama okolica jest cicha i spokojna, idealna na relaks i odpoczynek. Apartament czysty, zadbany i dobrze wyposażony, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Zdecydowanie polecam, szczególnie osobom podróżującym ze zwierzakami! ?

Piękny apartament, bardzo czysty i w pełni wyposażony. Obsługa rewelacyjna 🙂 Bardzo dobra lokalizacja – tuż przy przystanku autobusowym do Kołobrzegu, do plaży około 10 minut spacerkiem. Rodzina 2+2 w pełni zadowolona.

Świetna miejscówka na wypoczynek z dziećmi. Mieszkania czyste i świetnie wyposażone. Baseny, siłownia, bawialnia w cenie w razie złej pogody nad plażą. Możliwość wypożyczenia roweru którym dojedziemy do Kołobrzegu w 20 min trasą rowerową wzdłuż plaży. Plaża przy obiekcie jest strzeżona przez ratowników. Prywatny parking strzeżony.

Świetna opcja dla rodziny- basen i sala zabaw w razie kiepskiej pogody, a na zewnątrz drugi basen i miejsce na grilla- wszystko dobrze utrzymane i czyste.Nie było wieczorem hałasów czy głośnych imprez , sąsiedzi spokojni i na poziomie. Pani Beata bardzo miła i pomocna. Żadnych problemów. Polecam .

EXCELLENT LOCATION IS ALL ABOUT CONVENIENCEOur apartments are in three parts of town. Distances to the sea are given in a straight line.
Podczele, eastern Kołobrzeg (14 apartments)
- Osiedle Feniks, ul. Poleska: 8 apartments, about 700 m to the shore. A gated estate with 24-hour security, an indoor pool (1.2 m deep), hot tub, Finnish sauna, gym and playroom, plus an outdoor pool and paddling pool in summer. There is also a barbecue house on site.
- Green Port, ul. Lwowska 11: 4 apartments, about 750 m to the shore. Completed in 2023: an indoor pool with a counter-current, an outdoor pool in summer, hot tub, sauna, a FUN zone for children and a restaurant next to the wellness area.
- Koło Brzegu, ul. Lwowska 12A: 2 apartments, about 850 m to the shore. The building has a spa area with a hot tub and infrared sauna, a relaxation area with a fireplace, and a play zone for children with board games and a games console.
Podczele is a quiet district with a wide, less crowded beach. The pier and the centre are about 7 km away, best reached by bike along the R10 coastal cycle route.
Spa District (2 apartments)
- Polanki Park, ul. Muszelkowa: 1 apartament (78 m², do 6 osób), 600 m do plaży zachodniej. Kryty basen z podgrzewanym brodzikiem, jacuzzi, sauna, siłownia z salą fitness i bawialnia, a latem podgrzewany basen zewnętrzny.
- Kapitański Mostek, ul. Bałtycka 7B: 1 apartament na parterze, z tarasem, 200 m od portu i ok. 1,5 km od mola. Bez strefy wellness, za to blisko latarni, mola i restauracji przy porcie.
Dzielnica Uzdrowiskowa (2 apartamenty)

Boczny widok na morze mają dwa apartamenty: Poleska 8/409 na Osiedlu Feniks i Muszelkowa 1E/408 w Polanki Park.

With children we recommend the Feniks estate and Polanki Park. Both have an indoor pool open all year, a playroom and an outdoor pool in summer. Polanki Park has a covered, heated paddling pool, and Feniks has a paddling pool by the outdoor pool in summer. Green Port has a FUN zone for children, and Koło Brzegu a play zone with games and a console.
All buildings have a lift, so pushchairs and suitcases are no problem. You can order a travel cot when booking (extra charge). Children aged 1 to 13 can use the playroom under adult supervision.
