Fitness & Spa Regulations
Applies to flats with access to the F&S Complex. The attractions offered in the Complex may be used by its co-owners and their guests and residents under the terms and conditions set out in these regulations.
- We use the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna
- It is prohibited to push or throw other users into the water,
- consumption of food items in the pool hall area, including in particular "chewing gum",
- pollution, throwing food leftovers and any objects into the water,
- the use of soap and other chemicals,
- leaving pool flip-flops in communication areas,
- bathing in contact lenses.
- The use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna is forbidden to persons whose outward signs indicate skin diseases, open cuts, infectious diseases, hard-to-heal wounds, lack of personal hygiene, frequent intravenous injections on the upper limbs, breathing difficulties, balance disorders, aggressive behaviour.
- Persons with unstable health conditions should use the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna with special care or after consulting a doctor. The administrator is not responsible for the health consequences of staying in the facility.
- A charge of 100% of the value of the damage by the flat hirer applies for damage to or loss of equipment in the facility and pollution of the pool water.
- On Holiday Apartments is not responsible for accidents caused by non-compliance with the "Terms and Conditions".
GYM
- People using the gym should, for their own safety, have a medical examination to establish that there are no contraindications to attending the gym.
- Sportswear and footwear are compulsory for all users of the gym.
- For reasons of hygiene and equipment maintenance recommendations, the use of towels, which are placed on the exercise stations used, is mandatory.
- The staff of the complex have the right to refuse entry to the gym to persons without appropriate sportswear for exercise, in particular footwear.
- Persons under the age of 18 may use the gym with the knowledge and written consent of their guardian (the client must show proof of identity when asked by staff).
- Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the gym.
- Exercises on the equipment are performed after reading the equipment instructions.
- Exercisers are required to exercise safely, i.e. to exercise with loads that they can control themselves.
- Gym users who become unwell while exercising or staying in the gym are required to stop exercising immediately.
- It is essential to perform a warm-up before starting exercises to avoid injury.
- The use of equipment should be done in a safe manner, i.e. with care for the safety of people, respect for the equipment and the room.
- The condition of the equipment should be checked before exercising - any faults, damage to equipment and instruments should be reported to the administration.
- All gym equipment and exercise equipment may only be used for their intended purpose.
- It is inadvisable to occupy exercise stations while resting.
BAWNIA AND PLAYGROUND
- The room and the playground are designed for play for children 1 to 13 years
- The play structure (Monkey Grove) and the playground can be used by children from 3 years to 13 years of age
- Children are supervised by their parents (carers) in the hall ) and playground.
- Carers leaving children alone in the playroom do so entirely at their own risk.
- Outerwear and shoes are prohibited in the playroom ) and playground.
- Children enter in socks or slippers - applies to the playroom.
- Carers enter the playroom wearing socks.
- Children are not allowed to have: glasses, watches, chains or any sharp or dangerous objects while playing.
- Parents and carers are not permitted to enter the structure or toys on the playground.
- For the sake of the health of our youngest customers, children or adults carrying infectious diseases, viral or bacterial infections are not allowed in the playroom.
- In the event of any accident or incident in the Bawialnia or the playground in which a child or carer is injured, this must be reported immediately in writing with a medical opinion to the Facility Manager.
- The Facility Administration may eject children who cause behavioural problems and pose a danger to other children.
- Parents (guardians) are responsible for damages caused for children and are obliged to repair or repurchase damaged toys or equipment. The Facility Administration is responsible for the technical condition and safety of the Playroom and Playground equipment.
- In the playroom it is prohibited to: - climbing on the outside walls ( nets) of the play structure, - jumping from the slide into the pool, - entering areas that are excluded from play, - damaging structures, toys or decorations.
