Collection of the keys to the flat takes place between 16:00 and 21:00 after prior telephone contact with the resident.
Contact to the resident sends our virtual receptionist Alfred at the e-mail address provided in the booking to the day before arrival.
We would like to inform you that we charge a refundable deposit of PLN 500.00.
